Why do we process personal data: The processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of accepting and comprehensively performing the commissioned services, as well as for the purpose of concluding future contracts. The above-mentioned activities include, m.in commercial contact, preparation of an offer, etc. The recipients of your personal data are: - carriers/forwarding companies with which Grupa Transportowa Sp. z o.o. cooperates in the field of execution of a forwarding order; - subcontractors operating and maintaining ICT systems of Grupa Transportowa Sp. z o.o.; - providers of IT systems and IT services; - employees of Grupa Transportowa Sp. z o.o. in connection with the performance of - official duties; - accounting office; - law firms. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the agreement/cooperation, as well as after its termination for the purposes of: performing obligations arising from the provisions of law, including in particular tax and accounting obligations; statistical and archival services; pursue claims in connection with the performance of the contract. What rights do the owner of personal data have: - access to data; - rectification of data; - delete data; - restriction of processing; - object to processing; - data portability. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data, if you believe that the processing of your data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016. Personal data will not be processed in the process of automated decision-making, including profiling. The legal basis for the processing of personal data by the Administrator may be: - your voluntary consent to their processing (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR); - the need to process them for the purposes of performing a contract concluded by us or to take actions prior to its conclusion (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR); - statutory requirements resulting from the provisions of law binding on us (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR); - the need to protect our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(d) of the GDPR); - fulfilment of obligations arising from the Accounting Act of 29 September 1994 (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2342).
